In October 2022 RHCW began working with Aberystwyth University and other partners to submit a grant application for a Rural Wales Local Policy and Innovation Partnership (LPIP), with Aberystwyth University listed as Lead Applicant and with RHCW (Anna Prytherch) as Co-Investigator (funded role) to undertake the Stakeholder Co-Lead for the Enhancing the Wellbeing in Place Thematic Group. RHCW chairs this group with Dr Paul Milbourne, Cardiff University.

The LPIP team will be hosting a second away day on the 6th March 2025 in Cardiff.
