Tom is a GP based in Aberaeron, albeit that he trained in St. Barts and the Royal London Medical School, and spent his foundation years as a junior doctor in Poole General Hospital before doing his GP training in the Cotswolds.

“I have previously worked in a number of different roles and departments in Poole General Hospital, the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff and the Great Western Hospital in Swindon,” said Tom. “My five month old daughter Daisy now takes up most of my free time, so my time at home is very valuable to me. Whilst I enjoy my work, it is important that I also have time to enjoy where I live with my family. I enjoy sailing and previously crewed in a trans-Atlantic race, so I plan to become more involved in the sport now that I am so near the sea and the fantastic coastline”.
