Week 4 Padarn Surgery

Hopefully everyone has been enjoying the great outdoors. We will be posting information on different Wellbeing Walks each week to celebrate National Walking Month.

Our fourth featured Wellbeing Walks leaflet outlines routes that start at Padarn Surgery, Aberystwyth. These Wellbeing Walks form part of a series of routes that have been produced by Rural Health and Care Wales and the Greener Aberystwyth Group, starting at health centres. The aim of the Wellbeing Walks are to encourage people to walk and spend time in nature, noting the many positive impacts this has on physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Mwynhewch!    Enjoy!
