Geraint is a staff nurse on Theatre at Bronglais Hospital, who started his career training as a chemical engineer but decided it wasn’t for him and changed tack to do his nurse training. 35 years on he has no regrets!

In his spare time Geraint can be found outdoors, climbing and hiking, relishing the adrenaline rush he gets from ice climbing when he gets the opportunity. Geraint quotes Mid Wales’ “wild rugged outdoors” as being a prime attraction to him living in the area, with access to the beautiful countryside and range of outdoor pursuits a bonus.
