RHCW attended the WWRPB Communication and Engagement Meeting at Clynfyw Care Farm on the 29th April and was given a guided tour of the Care Farm facilities, and engagement with one one of the 9 permanent residents at the Care Farm.
The facility offers 9 permanent residences for adults with additional learning needs, offers day care services for respite and hosts community engagement activities including an expanding community garden as well as links to the Cardigan community fridge project and a mental health support hub in Cardigan.
