Please find attached application forms for the presentation of Papers and Posters at the forthcoming Rural Health and Care Conference “Living Well in Rural Wales – working to improve the health, care and wellbeing of our rural populations”, which this year is being held in hybrid format again, both online and in person on the 10 and 11 November 2026. Please could you circulate the application forms within your organisation and to any of your colleagues or friends who may be interested in presenting at the event. As last year, there will be a special Poster award specifically for students.
The closing date for submission of applications is 25 September 2026.
