The NHS Wales Delivery Framework will measure the NHS throughout the year on the delivery of services and process that contribute towards the goals of the Public Health Outcomes Framework for Wales, and ultimately the national ‘healthier Wales’ indicators of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015. By focusing upon a set of key delivery measures that link directly to the aforementioned goals, this Framework will evidence how the NHS is positively influencing the heath and well-being of the citizens of Wales.

The key delivery measures for the NHS and how they link to the Public Health Outcomes Framework for Wales and the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act are presented by domain. In total there are seven domains, which identify the priority areas that patients, clinicians and stakeholders wanted the NHS to be measured against.
