The Bronglais Digital Project is a proposal by Rural Health and Care Wales, which aims to enhance visitor and patient experience in Bronglais General Hospital by embracing digital technology. The project seeks to provide patients, visitors, staff and the general public with instant access to information on Bronglais, which will include:
- Map of the wards and facilities
- Visiting times
- Parking and directions
- Rail and transport links
- Specialist services
- Staff and clinician information
- Catering and canteen outlets
This information will be provided in the form of an interactive searchable website, a mobile ‘App’ and through digital information points placed at various sites within the hospital, such as the main reception and entrance to A&E. Through embracing technology, patients and visitors can locate different areas in the hospital and find information with ease – making hospital visits less stressful!
We are currently seeking to gain the opinion of people across Mid Wales on the proposed Bronglais Digital Project and we would like to hear from you!
